Jail terms are imposed at the time of sentencing, all necessary incarceration arrangements should be completed prior to sentencing.

on those documents and for maintaining current email information during the course of the
proceedings.
NOTICE OF INCREASE FOR FILING FEES
In accordance with the Judgment Entry of July 3,2023, the filing fees shall be increased by $7.00 per case for all
new civil cases or proceedings filed with the Medina Municipal Court.
